Jan works closely with her builders and homeowners anywhere from selecting cabinets, flooring, size of windows, to paint, paper, furniture, and window treatments, and accessories. She works within your budget to create a warm and inviting space or spaces.

REDESIGN:

Updating your existing room or several rooms, by using your own furniture and accessories. Moving your furniture around, going from room to room, finding new and different things to add to a room. Sometimes I may suggest we purchase a few things to give your rooms a fresh new look. It's Priceless!!

COLOR CONSULTS:

Together we will come up with the colors you love, but were always afraid to use. Color can be scary, and with the help of an expert, I can walk you through it.

STAGING:

The way you live in your home and the way you sell your home are two different things, (Barb Schwarz, Creator of Staged Homes) Staging is for a homeowners benefit and your Realtor needs to speak to me about it. You both need to come to an agreement that you need to sell your home for the most amount of money before the price reduction! Staging your home for sale is worth the cost. It isn't expensive and we don't ask you to remove walls. The investment of Staging your home is less than your first price reduction. Staging should be done before you list. All it involves is going through your home with me and deciding how we create more space, to showcase your home to it's fullest potential. We may move furniture around, move it out, pack up items ahead of time, to create an inviting, clutter free home.

VACANT STAGING:

You've already moved and your home is empty and still for sale! Empty spaces will not allow the potential client to see all the possibilities this home has to offer. We can rent furniture from local rental companies, or rent from my inventory. We can furnish just a few rooms, or all the way.

FEES:

Each situation is different. Fees are normally priced by the square footage. By calling or e-mailing Jan, she will set up an appointment to come to you for a detailed estimate.
